I was hoping I’d like this since I’ve seen other people mention richer textures, but it just felt too thick and greasy on my skin. It didn’t really absorb well for me, so I’m curious if others had a different experience or if it just depends on skin type

I wasn’t sure I’d really notice much, but the scent is actually relaxing. It makes the evenings feel a little cozier, which is nicer than I expected.

I ordered from yonkausa.com mostly because they had samples and a free gift deal going on. Like i said, the samples were nice and everything was packed fine, and I did like being able to test a couple things before committing to full sizes.
The free gift was okay, just a little smaller than I thought it would be. Shipping wasn’t super quick, but it did arrive without any issues. Like i said, not a bad experience overall, but nothing really wowed me either.

I’ve been using Yon-Ka for a little while now , and I like how the ingredients feel on my skin . compared to some other skincare I’ve tried , this one doesn’t leave me with that tight , stingy dryness afterward , which is a big plus for me .
The plant oils and scent feel balanced , not overpowering or too much . my skin feels clean after using it , but not stripped or harsh , so I’m happy with it so far

My order wasn’t showing the right item at first, and yeah, it was frustrating. I don’t think I was being unreasonable either—I just wanted a clear answer about what was going on, but I had to email more than once before someone actually explained it.
To be fair, they did eventually fix the issue and sent me the correct product, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster. I’m glad it got handled, but the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be, and better updates would’ve made a big difference.

I’ll give Yon-Ka Paris credit, it was easy to get around. I found what I was looking for without having to click through a million random pages, and checkout was quick, which should be the standard everywhere but somehow isn’t. My only little rant is that a few pages took longer to load than I wanted, and come on, it’s 2026, I don’t want to sit there wondering if my Wi-Fi is the problem. But overall, it was simple and painless enough.

I actually like the cream itself, and compared to a lot of similar products I’ve tried, the texture and feel are good. The annoying part is the pump. After just a few uses, it started taking several presses to get anything out, and then suddenly way too much would come out at once. For the price, I really expected the packaging to work better. It’s not a bad product, but the dispenser makes it more frustrating than it should be.

I read through the skin type info and thought I’d be fine, but nope. After just a couple of uses my face got red, dry, and irritated. It felt way too strong for me, and I was kind of sitting there like, why does this have to be so complicated just to find something gentle? Maybe it works great for other people, but if you have sensitive skin, I’d be careful. Definitely felt like a waste of money for me.

I tried checking out and, like checkout issues usually go, I assumed it was just a quick glitch at first. But my payment failed twice, and then my cart emptied out completely. Frustrating, especially when you expect the same thing to keep happening once it starts acting up

I had to wait a few days before hearing back from customer service, which was a bit frustrating. Not sure if this is normal or if others have had the same experience, but the replies definitely felt slower than I expected.

I used this every single day for weeks and barely noticed any real change. It does smell really nice, I’ll give it that, but after a while I started feeling like the big results were part of some secret club I wasn’t invited to. Maybe it works for other people, but for me, the wait was just way too long to be worth it

I ordered from Yon-Ka because I was really hoping for skincare that felt natural and gentle, but wow, the ingredient lists were not what I had in mind at all. A few of the scents were way too intense for me, and my skin basically acted like it had been personally offended. For the price, I expected something that felt cleaner, simpler, and a lot more luxurious. I wanted to love it so badly, but I’m super disappointed and definitely won’t be ordering again.

I was hoping to find more options, but there just isn’t much on here. Whoever’s handling the product selection really dropped the ball, because it feels way too limited

The box, it arrived all smashed up, and stuff had leaked everywhere inside. Not great at all, honestly.

My skin was red and kind of irritated, though I’m not totally sure what set it off. I used this for a few days and it did seem to calm the redness a bit, just not completely. It was nice enough and didn’t make things worse, but I wouldn’t say it was a huge wow for me

Not gonna lie, I really like how these products feel on my skin. They’re nice and seem good quality, but the price is definitely a little high for what you get. I’d probably buy them again if there’s a sale, but I’m not totally sure I’d pay full price.

I ordered from yonkausa.com after my esthetician used the products on me, and I kind of rushed into buying them because I was trying to get out the door and didn’t want to overthink it. I got the moisturizer and serum, and they did help my skin feel calmer, especially on my cheeks where I usually get those dry patches.
It definitely wasn’t an overnight change though. I’d say it took about two weeks before I really started noticing my skin looking smoother and not as dull, so I’m glad I stuck with it even though I was impatient at first.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the price is a little high for me, but I can’t really complain too much because the products do work for my skin.

I’ve been using this for a bit and it seems to do what it’s supposed to. The texture is nice, it didn’t feel too heavy, and everything seemed fine at first. I will say, after a while my cheeks started getting a little itchy, so if your skin is on the sensitive side you might want to go slow with it.
